All Sales Final - Research Compounds All products sold by Bulk Peptide Co. are research compounds intended for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except in the circumstances outlined below. We will issue a replacement or refund if: Your order arrives damaged or compromised in transit You receive the wrong product or wrong quantity Your order is confirmed lost in transit (after 30 days from dispatch) To raise a claim: Email orders@bulkpeptide.co.uk within 2 days of delivery (or 30 days from dispatch for lost orders) with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged goods, include a photograph. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for: Change of mind Orders refused at customs or seized by authorities - buyers are solely responsible for compliance with the laws of their country Incorrect address provided at checkout Products that have been opened, used, or stored incorrectly Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Email orders@bulkpeptide.co.uk immediately if you need to cancel. Disputes: We will always aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
